I'd like to be able to use nostr on one or two of my older phones running Android 7 for convenience when my main phone is charging or I prefer to keep the charge or something. 💧Day 4: Prepping to Break My 5-Day Water Fast

After 4 days of nothing but water and electrolytes, am already feeling amazing. I can feel my body cleaning itself. Last time I wasn’t careful breaking my fast. This time I wanna do it right.

I couldn’t just settle for any #broth to break my fast. Commercial jars? Nope. A basic homemade one? Too boring. Instead, I’m crafting a broth so rich and flavorful, it might as well come with a Michelin star 🙃

Here’s what I’m working with:

🍖 All the Bones: Yesterday, I shared my lineup premium quality marrow bones, oxtail, and a mix of meaty, fatty goodness. A solid 2kg of this magic is going on my bbq first then into the pot, aiming to extract every last drop of richness for just 1 liter of pure, nutrient-packed #Bitcoin 🧡

🌿 The Flavors: Star anise, cinnamon, rosemary, bay leaves, and a spice mix carefully curated to deliver depth and complexity. (Check the image for all the ingredients. I’ve put my #SeedSigner for scaling. I forgot to add the apple cider vinegar in the frame.)

🔥 The Twist: Grilling the bones first. Why?

The Game Plan:
