Hmm never heard of nevent. It's a library or a service?

I'm mostly looking for something like:

"This is an average way a nostr client might query a relay for a feed: *provides a filter json object shape*"

"This is an average way a nostr client might query a relay for notifications: *provides a filter json object shape*"

etc.

Has anyone published anything on nostr client query patterns?

I suspect there's some basic stuff most clients are doing: feed, notifications, dms, profiles, etc.

Maybe I should experiment with nyms more and let my goose loose.

One of my favorite things about nostr as is today is that it feels relatively private.

If anyone is seeing this on global before I get banned, I always send them to Victor for free and he's never complained before (quite the contrary).

Please don't Victor! I'll send them to you for free!!!

Never seeing one probably keeps you from seeing all of them.

If you see one, you helplessly watch it, and then the men in the little algorithm machine send you more.

Here's an emoji drawing of the men I'm talking about: ๐Ÿ•น๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•น๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ•น๐Ÿ•บ

I was trying to be generous but I agree.

Ego shows up in arguments a lot though which (back to my point) could be a side effect of human design or intended as part of the design. I'm not sure which it is.

Is the outcome for everyone better when we argue with ego?

(Sorry, just thinking aloud.)

Why do people argue to win (rather than to find the truth) when arguing with allies? There must be some rational payoff. Perhaps you can be more certain the outcome is right if both positions are maximally pursued.

Oh sweet! Maybe I'll streak over there a day or two

Yes zaps mean you would like me to DM you a photo journal of this important time

Everyone from nostr:npub1an84q6c03wml5lf0uwcqcr20ydwv0t0lvv0xktlcfs9seattef8sdhz6yg is going to Miami. 3000 sqft to myself the next few days. I've never programmed naked before but ...

I can't use twitter anymore. They've tuned the "actively viewing" parameter of the reward function *way* too high.

My feed was almost entirely videos of random attacks even though I kept telling it I didn't want to see those.
