It's a type of chocolate made by Callebaut, a Belgium chocolate maker. It's essentially a white chocolate with caramel tones. Smells incredible and looks golden, but it's hidden under the milk chocolate layer.

You see it when you bite into the baklava. 😄

BitBlockBoom Beefsteak next week is gonna be lit.

Baking the turtle baklava is easy enough. Takes about 20 minutes to assemble the pastry and an hour to bake.

Dipping 160 small pieces first into golden chocolate, and then again into milk chocolate, takes about 5 hours!

MH World came out in 2018 and is still incredible. Iceborne is its expansion.

MH Rise (+ Sunbreak expansion) came out later and plays like an old school MH game, but with crazy movement and much faster pace. Either is great to try out as a first game.

You'll either love it or hate it. No in between with this franchise!

HZD is a lot of fun, but combat is a bit too floaty IMO. Love the artistic style!

Seriously though, as far as action games go the MH games are top tier. Kill stuff, make armor and weapons from their body parts, rinse/repeat. I've been playing the franchise since 2007! 😂
