Definitely make sure to try Espetada before you leave there!! It’s beef cube’s skewered and cooked on fire with sea salt. Itself delicious and you can have chips, rice, salad to go with it.

Yeah i normally just boil them with the rest of my veg until done and sprinkle little salt. When I’m really bothered i’ll add a little butter and seasoning and sauté it all together for a few min before plating
