Anyone who's going to do the 100 pushups challenge,

- know your limits, no point in injuring yourself, plan ahead, spread the sets if you need to.

- don't forget to stretch properly

- integrate some rest days

- don't neglect other muscle groups

- if you can't do 100, slowly work up to it.

- eat enough meat protein

- L-Citruline is amazing for muscle recovery from my experience.

Remember, you are only participating for yourself, your result will be your proof of work.

Done

100 pushups

60 assisted pullups

100 decline crunches

60 deadlifts

60 barbell rows

60 dumbbell rows

60 pullins

But they are already burning in hell though.

100 pushups everyday until 100k.

Come this September we'll all be buff like nostr:npub1zk6u7mxlflguqteghn8q7xtu47hyerruv6379c36l8lxzzr4x90q0gl6ef this September @ Thailand Bitcoin Conference 2024

Being an introvert is weird.

I have just had an amazing weekend doing Bitcoin meetups and beer nights in Chiangmai, it was really fun and I wouldn't have it any other way, I enjoyed the many things that happened over and between the Blockmountain conference, the #North101 Bitcoin Meetups, nostr:npub13pn45hvfxqy5vpyr03krapqvsjpj34n74u36qz9aynw4svg5ypqszxgctw 's first Dev Meet, and everything inbetween.

But at the end of the day, I'm drained, my energy is depleted and I will need days, if not weeks to recharge.

Introverts are not 'shy people who hates being around other people'

we just love being alone even though we enjoy the company of each others.

Feeling a little more energized today, will be hitting the gym in a bit.

Khun Max... or was it Jack, (I'm so bad with names but I remember you) from nostr:npub10vagrpxyj9dy6xrd9xqe664fhpv7mr4tyguscv48l58nrmtalqxqf8vq95 got me thinking about this when he said, "I don't know how much of an introverts general Bitcoiners are."

Well, most of us, pretty much.
