Thx a ton, you made my day! π«πππΌ
Same here. Only drawback is the missing functionality to zap notes (I fondly remember the old version)β¦ Primal scores on that one, even though it forces you to use the built-in wallet.

For anyone interested in a healthy lifestyle, this article by Phillip Day on sugar provides a good overview of the situation & a series of recommendations on how to remedy it:

Interesting protocol. Looks like itβs mainly focused on parasites in the intestines. From what Iβve read, they can be everywhere in the body. But itβs a good start in any case! Good luck πππ»
Iβm currently doing this protocol: https://www.canva.com/design/DAFrGFvO3g4/aD7D-5EE1H75x4HR-voYTQ/edit
What Iβve found to be helping with cleaning the intestines are coffee enemas. Sounds disgusting at first but every time there are some strange things coming outβ¦
As for diet, eating no refined sugar as well as no wheat, barley or millet is essential as that gets converted into glucose, which in turn feeds degenerating cells (precursors of cancer cells). Same with alcohol. Parasites thrive in acidic environment, so maintaining an alkaline diet & body is vital. Diary is especially bad (though we all grow up with it here), because it leads to inflammation, as does meat. So Iβm trying to leave away all these things. Regarding bread, Iβm consuming homemade sourdough bread from organic, wholewheat rye, two slices per day on average. Overall, I consume very little processed food and a lot of raw food, supplemented with a wide array of vitamins and trace minerals (which is another big topic on its own).
Iβd like to digress on dates as they are reputed to be anti-parasitic, from what Iβve read. Same goes for garlic and onions, which are best eaten raw.
If I may ask, where did you get the info on mint tea from? So far, Iβve nowhere read anything nehative on tea, so Iβd be very interested to get the source.

GM & PV to you, too! May the day be filled with loads of sunshine & positive vibes ππ
I can totally relate. Such old-world tools seem vastly out of place today, yet they convey a completely different writing feeling. Myself, I prefer fountain pens to rollerballs, however βοΈ
