Same here. Only drawback is the missing functionality to zap notes (I fondly remember the old version)… Primal scores on that one, even though it forces you to use the built-in wallet.

What Iβ€˜ve found to be helping with cleaning the intestines are coffee enemas. Sounds disgusting at first but every time there are some strange things coming out…

As for diet, eating no refined sugar as well as no wheat, barley or millet is essential as that gets converted into glucose, which in turn feeds degenerating cells (precursors of cancer cells). Same with alcohol. Parasites thrive in acidic environment, so maintaining an alkaline diet & body is vital. Diary is especially bad (though we all grow up with it here), because it leads to inflammation, as does meat. So I’m trying to leave away all these things. Regarding bread, Iβ€˜m consuming homemade sourdough bread from organic, wholewheat rye, two slices per day on average. Overall, I consume very little processed food and a lot of raw food, supplemented with a wide array of vitamins and trace minerals (which is another big topic on its own).

Iβ€˜d like to digress on dates as they are reputed to be anti-parasitic, from what Iβ€˜ve read. Same goes for garlic and onions, which are best eaten raw.

If I may ask, where did you get the info on mint tea from? So far, Iβ€˜ve nowhere read anything nehative on tea, so Iβ€˜d be very interested to get the source.
