Who’s doing intermittent fasting?

I’ve been back on it for a month now, and the results are great.

- Better sleep

- lost fat

- gained strength

- more focus

- more energy

Good discussion on the case for a dose of protein first thing in the AM.

For every Bitcoin buyer, there is a Bitcoin seller. No amount of fiat actually leaves the banking system and buying BTC is not a bank run.

So what is leaving the system? Stored time? Energy? Wealth? Capital? Agreed that the amount of fiat doesn’t change but something is pulled it.
