“Ending Regulation by Prosecution"

(Blanche)

hell, how bad we need this in the EU as well.

make the judiciary great (again) !

what we need is a truely blind Justicia,

or as devs might call it -

a "zk- justice",

whereby the prover is the law and the verifier is the court

and nothing else matters.

one way:

While everyone is focused on the OP_RETURN discussion, nostr:nprofile1qyt8wumn8ghj7etyv4hzumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcpzemhxue69uhks6tnwshxummnw3ezumrpdejz7qpq2rv5lskctqxxs2c8rf2zlzc7xx3qpvzs3w4etgemauy9thegr43sugh36r and other Cashu developers are pushing code to improve the UX of ecash.

Multinut payments are here and they are a forcing function for risk distribution and competition among mints.

huge success / congrats

btw

what ever happened to the idea that the mints should publish a (transparent) proof-of-funds report at regular intervals? or re- shuffling or sth alike ?

i apologize in advance if i have missed anything. there is a lot going on in the creative department at the moment...

"When it comes to passing on an inheritance in Bitcoin, your loved ones will likely be unfamiliar with managing private keys or recovering wallets. They will need external assistance from competent and trustworthy individuals.

The ideal approach is to select at least two distinct people:

A trusted relative, who will ensure the smooth execution of your plan. They don't necessarily need deep knowledge of Bitcoin, but they must be someone your heirs can rely on.

An experienced Bitcoin user, who can provide technical support for recovering the funds, managing wallets, and understanding the processes involved.

"

lol

This is a dead end.

In my opinion, this starting point contradicts the continuous loop narrative in the space:

"In my entire cursed clan, not a single person has listened to me for years when I talk about bitcoin."

Grok:

"The German phrase **"Mut der Verzweiflung"** translates to **"courage of desperation"** in English. It refers to a type of bravery or boldness that arises not from confidence or heroism, but from a state of desperation, where someone feels they have no other options left. It describes actions taken in extreme situations, often as a last resort, when a person is driven by fear, hopelessness, or the realization that they have nothing to lose. This kind of courage is spontaneous and fueled by the urgency of the moment, rather than deliberate or calculated resolve.

For example, it might describe someone fighting fiercely to protect their family in a dire situation, or a person taking a risky action because they feel trapped and see no other way out. The phrase captures both the emotional intensity and the precariousness of such moments."

oh, remember this:

"standing on the shoulders of giants"?

where is he, why isn't he on nostr ?

on his sailboat still?

simple: he is not amongst us !

kind of dead, right?

or take David Chaum. not dead, I guess, but not on nostr and won't be.

that's what I mean by saying: these giants are either dead, or not amongst us.

and their worthy successors?

They are already here.

That will have todoo, I guess.

Fear can paralyze.

Existential fear can lead to the courage of despair.

So one could assume that people are not yet afraid enough.

As you might know, Germans have the word "Angst".

We also have the word "Existenzangst".

I no longer hope for reason.

Only sheer existential fear will lead to disruption / the necessary change.

With the extent of corruption, dishonor and lawlessness in the large “democratic states”, whether in the EU or North America, it is incomprehensible to me why the majority of the population still believes that the fundamental aim of the rulers and profiteers in this system should be to determine the results honestly and correctly when counting the votes after an election.

Questions about how the vote count works are about as taboo as questions about how fiat money works. And both are fundamental.

would you mind to explain this a bit deeper ?

"...passive bitches and backstabbers, sell-outs and cosplayers."

that´s normal day-life. nothing too much related to bitcoin.

and I do not feel defeated - yet - .
