*Significance* doesn’t have a meaning outside of the observer. Significant to whom. Already your actions are fairly insignificant to me. I don’t know you or your family, your successes and failures don’t sway me emotionally. They don’t motivate me. They are insignificant. Predetermined or not they are already insignificant, why would whether they are predetermined or not sway significance in any direction further.
Saying it is predetermined is akin to saying the past and the future have been played out already, simultaneously with the creation of the universe. But it doesn’t follow that when it all played out simultaneously that I didn’t have significance. It’s just that our observation of the universe happens in one direction so I won’t observe what my will *will* be until I get to that point in time. But it doesn’t steal my significance from me. I’m still a creature in the universe with the history I have, evolved to this point. desires, wants, plans, etc. so when I carry out my actions they are significant to me. They motivate me, etc.
As a creature in space and time my actions remain significant to me and any observer that cares to know my life.
The modifier of “real” before significance in your question, means important or significant. So this just breaks into significant significance which is either repeated word without a distinction to the meaning without it, or their must be some observer whois if my life is significant to them, then it is *really* significant, not your run of the mill significance. If god exists then ones life is only really significant if the god has an interest in your actions. If no god exists I can’t make the phrase “real significance” have any different meaning as “significance” alone. In which case the significance of the actions is still held by the observer, still primarily themselves.

The mainstream answer is that would be conspiracy to commit murder which is a crime itself. You can say “I wish that guy were dead” that’s an opinion and it’s free speech, but if you enter an agreement with someone to exchange money in order to kill another person that’s conspiracy. The words are not the crime the conspiracy is.

Do you really mean this? Or are you baking in the limits to free speech that our societies have already performed, and so may not have felt what speech environment feels like without limits? Or are you saying what we have now works, no further limits to speech? Or are you saying we should remove the current limits? Spam is speech, shouting through a bull horn on the sidewalk outside your home at 3:00 am is speech, walking around in a placard with disturbing images on display around schools with minors is speech. Would you ever use threats of force or force itself to stop someone from doing these things if they were effecting you or your family? Waking up the baby, children come home disturbed, etc?
Doesn’t this just mean once your electricity bill goes negative you flip on a miner and boom you are getting paid for your electricity?⚡️
This is kind of a non-statement unless you enumerate what the other rights are that you are balancing against free speech. And perhaps share an example. As it is this just seems designed to provoke people who will assume you mean ‘XYZ’ and they don’t agree with ‘XYZ’.
Here are some examples of free speech that perhaps you feel should be balanced to potentially convey what you mean:
1) It’s 3:00am and you are standing on the sidewalk in a neighborhood with a loudspeaker shouting obscenities.
2) You have drawn a disturbing image on a large poster and walk around a school on the sidewalk during their recess period with the poster.
3) Your hobby is going into public spaces and pointing at random people and shouting “They have a gun!” Before running away acting terrified.
4) I write a sworn affidavit testifying to my witness of being harmed, but I just make the whole thing up.
Is this the kind of thing? If so this is already in place correct? Do you think more needs to be done?
