Loved Roald Dahl’s books as a kid. I still have my 16 book box set on my bookshelf, and I reread them occasionally because it takes back to a time when I didn’t have to worry about anything. Sometimes, I honestly miss being a kid.

I’m interested to know other people’s opinions on the interview and Elon’s reaction afterwards.
Penny-pinching is not going to eliminate all poverty or economic struggle.
For some people, there are systemic issues that cannot be overcome purely by personal responsibility. Fixing some of society’s problems is going to require us to develop empathy for people who are economically disadvantaged, so we can be motivated to change system.
Housing costs are skyrocketing even in so-called LCOL areas. There is also the fact that when you move to a cheaper city wages also decrease. Remote workers may be the exception, but many companies are now using location-based salaries for remote employees.
Honestly, I can’t think of anything. I felt like the amount of information provided was perfect. It was well-organized and wasn’t overwhelming.
Be the change you want to see.
But I agree that nostr can be an echo chamber.
As clients mature and make the onboarding process easier, hopefully more diverse content creators/users will start using the platform.
