Have been known to have chips for dinner... Secret family recipe incoming... Refried beans smeared on a tortilla, sprinkle shredded cheese on it, zap 30 sec to a min to heat the beans and melt the cheese, then the secret ingredient 🥁🥁🥁 Frito's corn chips. Easy peasy and I'm assuming easily converted to a vegan dish 🤷‍♀️.
