Arms and abs today.

Didn’t post this past weekend but I kept on with arms and extra walking.

Giving my lower body a break from weighted exercises and squats; so far stretching and isometric holds while doing upper body seems to be working for less stress on the joints!

yeah, when suggested follows on primal can only get so far to start with people who are not likely to engage with new users.

i went looking for other ways to find others & asknostr was it. most of the people primal suggested, i ended up unfollowing anyway. i don't care what jack or lyn and others have to say. i prefer the lesser known crowd.
