I am told that "The major benefit of verification is that it allows a Nostr user to be identified by a human-readable name, instead of a long, hard-to-remember public key. This enables verified Nostr users to easily share their identity with others."
Is an easily shared identity a thing of value in this space?

So the bridge off of which Bill Barr said he will jump is 'for whom to vote’, if Trump is on the ballot. He won't be alone.
I am not an expert on their methodology, but I know it is different from a standard client, and is so on purpose.
My own designs sit somewhere between the two, but I believe primal leans very heavily server-side.

It was suggested that @miljan would know. Has the Primal app been designed not to connect with my private relay?

Who is the breaker of patterns? Joseph Campbell, says it is “The mythological hero, reappearing from the darkness that is the source of the shapes of the day, brings a knowledge of the secret of the tyrant’s [the status quo’s] doom. With a gesture as simple as the pressing of a button [i.e., a tweet], he annihilates the impressive configuration. . . . the hero the champion of creative life.
I can see it posted, but not on my relay. Bummed
Greetings from my Iris web client, hoping to see it on my private relay. It has been hit or miss.
This has not been my experience. I have used Primal Web, Primal iOS App, Nostur iOS app, Damus iOS and macOS app, and Iris Web
Are the relays that I choose associated with my nostr account or the particular client I am using? I am an old man, still learning. Every time I try a new client, it seems to attach to a different set of relays, and my profile, “following, followers and posts” appear different. I can understand how this might provide an advantage, but I don’t know whether this is intentional.

The evidence changes, the theories change, the theology changes, the theatre changes, but Science doesn’t change.
Not withstanding their validity, my expectations are to see the events I create posted to my private relay regardless of which client I might use. In my life, I have had to adjust my expectations for many reasons. Perhaps there is a reason to do so now, I don’t know.
I would like to use my Damus iOS app more, but I haven’t learned to make custom feeds the way I can with Primal. If there is a way, can someone share it here? Thanks

It is an iOS app from the TestFlight app store. I don't mean to suggest it was an nostr app.
I cannot see the events I create with Primal desktop nor the Primal iOS app on my private Umbrel relay. I believe this is a Primal issue, since I can see the events from my Damus and Nostur iOS apps. What to do?

First event posted from Nostur iOS client to private relay.
Other than charity, there are only goods and services to be exchanged for profit.
On the one hand, people are being enriched. On the other hand, people are being taxed. It is the system operating at peak performance.
I have set up a private relay with Umbrel. I added the relay url to my Damus App. I can follow my events created with Damus, but it does not capture the events I create with my Primal iOS app or my Primal Desktop app. Any suggestions for remedy would be appreciated.
