Indoctrination - to instruct on the the body of principles, dogmas, beliefs, etc., in a religion (theology) or field of knowledge (theory). It is just as we do when we share information.

I am learning how the theories, theologies and theater of my own times form my understanding. And my actions are driven by my understanding, they are not driven by my intent nor by my intelligence. More than etymology relates these words; theory, theology and theater. Understanding emerges in sharing through speech, regardless of the medium. I don’t like to call it indoctrination, but I don’t have a better word for it.

I updated my #Primal iOS TestFlight version to 0.23.1. I have lost my those “following” and custom “Feeds”. The app has become very unresponsive and unusable.

Where can I plant my feet in virtual space. And then how do I climb to the top?

There is no much information at nostr1.com that tell one what is happening when one selects 'create relay'. I hesitate to proceed.

I am very interested in setting up a home/private relay for my own learning purposes. Perhaps with more information and understanding, I would be inclined to run a public relay. I am an old man taken to dabbling in technology after I retired many years ago. I have been able to follow recipes for setting up and running BitCoin nodes and Lightning Nodes on my raspberry pi. I have not yet found a simple recipe or a private home Nostr Relay. Any references would be appreciated.

Perhaps this is not the technology to confirm the humanity of an agent virtual space. Perhaps an authority is required to collect or store Personally identifiable information to do so. My desire is to move in virtual space understanding that those with whom I communicate are human as they understand my own humanity. It is an old man’s desire, perhaps not applicable to today’s world.

I believe I have come to know the risks of moving in the real world as a human being. I am still learning the risks of the virtual world, one of which is, I believe, communicating with an alien intelligence.

I had envisaged this type Orb verification process to be similar to my making myself known as a human being, which is by presenting myself in public place. There is no public place here, only virtual space. What allows us to believe the other is human in this space? Being identified as a human and known as human by the other may have value in this space. But even when I am in public, not many know my name.
