We've been on generator since about 6 last night. Hell of a #storm blowing through. Not yet sure of any major damage.

It is a major purchase. It is very handy and preserves food better than I know of. I'm happy we got it, but it is a big decision.
I also accidentally cancelled the #freezedryer defrost. I had to Jerry rig and Improvisation. 
And now to harvest some kale #seeds.

It's Salvia and it's amazing. I use it to taste chickpeas, sautéed in olive oil, onion and garlic (then add tuna). I use it to flavour meat. My best friend has fresh and gift it to me. She also uses it to make sage sticks.

Anyone give me a positive #plant I'd on this. It smells fantastic. At first my app said it was Greek Sage, but now it says Common Sage. And #asknostr does it matter?
