I thought I was being clever. I seasons my beef shin and attempted to slow roast it in the air frier (has worked ok in the past), I baseded it, I crossed my fingers and I’m very glad no one else is relying on this for dinner. Family wanted an unhealthy dinner last night so happily grabbed a 16oz rump #steakstr from Lidl. Very very thick, didn’t have quite the time to get to room temp or season, but was amazing. So much flavour if a touch blue in the middle. #grownostr. Tonight, beef shin and oxtail combo.

Loved my visit to lake Lugano many years ago. May convince the family to join me in a bitcoin retreat and then pitch moving there. Maybe an easier sell than El Salvador.
