2. From everything I've observed, using Damus or Amethyst seems to give users a better understanding of Nostrs potential. And I have already onboarded multiple people to use nostr because they grew sick and tired of centralized platforms. That phrase DID work.

3. We all know it's a place for everyone to connect. That ain't news. It's our job as a community to teach them why privacy and decentralization is vital to their livelihood. Something you are not doing.

4. I'm not a developer. I never said I believe I'm right about everything. Show me where I said that. I'm only commenting because user feedback is important and Primal devs don't seem to care about such a thing.

And yet, many wallet providers don’t KYC.

It's not about me. You guys evade almost everyone's input and now you're just stealing features from non-kyc clients and representing them as your own innovations. Honestly, I feel as if I have better intentions for nostr than you guys. You guys KYC... you collect user data... you said you don't collect data🙄. You're incentivized to take commands from your VC masters. You're a centralized platform, not a client.

Primal is collecting your data. No different from Twitter or Instagram, it's just that they are advertising it as if they don't collect any. They openly lying to all their users.

This pretty much sums up primal devs. They will record all of your searches tied to your pubkey, when you call them out on this they laugh at you and claim you are stirring up drama. They will even set an “NRO” profile picture to laugh at you some more. No longer going to recommend primal to anyone. It seems they couldn’t care less about your privacy.

We just published a patch of Primal for Android, build 2.2.14, which fixes the zapping crash when an external NWC wallet is used.

Yeah, I can receive zaps but not send. I am using NWC, and it seems to crash when the payment request is made.

For context, I am on a degoogled device, so maybe one of the recent changes relies on googleplay services, which don't exist on my phone? 🤷‍♂️

Ugh, I just tried to upload a screen capture of my issue, but the app crashes in the final step of the media upload 😭

The reply button doesn't work on primal desktop. I have to click on the text of the note to open the note on another page first. This isn't really a big deal until I come across a post that only has a picture. I just can't open it and reply.
