Wondering how to find peoples questions. Is there a question tag that is effective? Another method? #Bountygiver #SATs200
I’m thinking about publishing my AI conversations on nostr. I’m not sure what client would format it best and should be one long note or just a series of notes? There is a nip for this.
I think I understand more about someone by the questions they ask than what the intentionally state.
It seems the next logical step is to consider a method that encourages people to prefer a system with less friction than the current one. When you think about voting, especially in many places including the U.S., there's a lot that people have to do to vote. Although voting conditions might be better in the U.S. than in many other parts of the world, it's surprising that, as one of the richest countries, the U.S. doesn't offer an option to vote online. Given our knowledge and technical capabilities, setting up online voting shouldn't be difficult. Such a system would likely increase participation, as people could easily verify how they choose and vote online.
A modular consensus system?
For the past six or so years, an idea has been occupying my mind space. This idea, which is probably not new and has been hinted at in popular culture, is collective governance. This combination of words suggests that trusting a community of individuals would better distribute the effort and resources. Our attention span, perspective, and the tempo of life all point to a need for change in how we govern.
The old idea that an individual can rule over millions of people and understand what they want does not work. We see politicians striving to stay relevant even when they are well past their prime, both physically and cognitively. There are 14,000-page spending bills that are never fully read, much less understood by anyone other than lawyers...
Anyone else have the issue with learning more than working? Getting sidetracked by new information which is helpful but not necessarily productive.
I’m on Damus too. I guessing its not implemented.
Is it possible to hyperlink or point to a specific note in a pinned note?
If you find this interesting at all please feel free to contribute to the conversation. Coding or technical knowledge is not required.

The initial idea is to develop a communication and voting environment that is focused on collaboration and exchange of ideas with a by product of learning. Scaling up this mission to a secure protocol for free and secure voting for all integrated with the most decentralized network in the world, thats bitcoin right?
Trying out development on nostr.
There is no method available to ensure our voices are heard in a unified, verifiable, secure, and easily accessible manner. #vote
The incentives aligned that way, unfortunately. Nostr seems to have a different set of incentives.
Bitcoin only voting protocol
By way of mempool verification. Address assigned to each option. Open process
Should this be a thing?
Is it already a thing?

Defund the politicians- we really do not need them. We just need to debug their code so they do what consensus dictates.

I wonder how much help you have in development.
To get noticed we need a verifiable way to show our vote that is immediate and by default anonymous in a decentralized environment.
#OpenInterpreter — Any thoughts? #zaps
The great thing about Bitcoin is it can’t be sued.
