I went to a survivalist expo locally for fun, and I saw someone selling similar products. Just basically a pre-generated prviate key covered by a peel-off with the public information. That's multifamily. Single family numbers aren't historically bad.
I don't look at these sorts of numbers a lot, so I'm not sure what that means. Rental units are doing poorly? I believe that. Affordability slowly getting out of reach for people that already lost the ability to afford a home.
I think of people and circumstances I am grateful for. Also I think, "This crap mood is temporary. When you are feeling better, nothing can stop you from learning something new and useful."
