Volatility in Bitcoin can decline, but that does NOT mean risk declines. It also does not mean that NGU declines.
Volatility is a standalone variable when looking at BTC.
I like to think that every major decision like this throughout western history has been made by humans trying to figure out the best form of government based on the information they had. Each successive instance was a course correction on the previous bad experiences.
