If you value those things you are concerned about, you can pursue them. Hans-Hermann Hoppe answers the question of immigration of people who you, and others in your group with which you would freely associate, would prefer to keep out. It's called physical removal. Entire fliurishing counties and other areas on which you associate could be free from them, and you can prevent them from aggressing against you via means described by many an Austrian or Chicago school economist. It is practical because it doesn't pretend to have all the answers through government policy.

I also lost a lot of weight and had little stomach issues, but going 100% carnivore and increasing my fat intake resolved everything. I have zero reasons to stop carnivore atm. I feel great, look great, I'm stronger and my sleep improved a lot

I also think the people that going full carnivore diet and have their health suddenly improves in few weeks is mainly the result of stopping ultra-processed foods.

However, there are also some fruits, vegetables and types of bread that can be bad.

Vegans live off of death just as much as meat eaters. Personally, I am unimpressed by the idea that "consciousness" is what matters or "the ability to feel pain" or whatever shitty cope vegans came up with this week.
