My kids balk at USA strawberries, they are big & red but flavourless so I pay extra for local one.

That’s exactly it. I was just told now to try a 10% dish soap to 90% water solution and spray ontop and underneath the leaves

It just noticed it the other day, I think it is some type of larvae to tbh.

I had them last year. I did not diagnose them because I had a busy summer last year I let them be and my garlic turned out fine and was able to replant that garlic this year. Everything is fine this year.

If I recall that happened just before the scapes started to shoot up.

I am curious as to what it is.

I did spray it with soapy water last night incase it was some type of mold or mildew.

But it really looks more like something laid a bunch of eggs
