Garden is a little behind this year, I’m not giving up yet. Tomatoes, watermelon and cucumber are just getting going, strawberries have been doing great other than the birds have been stealing a few of them here and there. Peppers are doing well also.
Lettuce, carrots and arugula were just planted a week or so ago. I need to expand this garden

I think it all depends on how big the print will be. Unfortunately, a lot of people will be hurt by it and believe me, I don’t wish bad upon anyone, but I do think it needs to happen. We’re all going to be affected by it in some way or another. These prints will continue to be a part of this currency transition and I think will only get bigger and bigger over time.
We felt it pretty much right away with the increase in cost of building materials, goods and services. Depending on the asset, I noticed some went up right away like housing and others lagged a bit. The money in our business and our personal accounts was going out at a much faster rate, and we didn’t change our spending habits. We have a monthly budget we stick to. So that’s when we started to notice and then question, what the heck is going here?
Down the rabbit hole we went…
Im finding some people are slowly waking up, but you’re right, most still haven’t fully connected the dots yet. I don’t think they’ve experienced max pain in their lives yet. Even some that do, still won’t connect the dots and figure out what’s happening.
People are definitely noticing and feeling the increase in costs on pretty much everything, they just simply don’t question anything, and they accept it because they think that’s just the way it’s always been.
Patiently waiting for this to happen, and sometimes I feel it’s the only way for people to really start waking up. They need to feel Max Payne
Covid had people questioning, but not enough to make them see what’s actually going on.

I would highly advise shopping around for new insurance policies right now.
Insurance companies took full advantage of individuals and businesses during the past few years and are still doing so. Just because you’ve been with a company for years and they “treat you well” doesn’t mean you can’t find the same service elsewhere for cheaper. It’s getting very competitive out there.
I personally have never been a fan of insurance and have never made a claim…ever! So shouldn’t I get my money back?
I get it, things do happen in life…
Make a few calls and save hundreds or even thousands and buy some sats.

It’s actually the first time I’ve ever had to use it in about 10yrs.
My entire family has been in real estate, I had the chance to get into the real estate game about 20-25yrs ago and I’m glad I never did.
I’ve watched my family deal with shitty tenants, get sued by tenants and have their lives consumed by these buildings. Not to mention the capital gains tax on secondary properties.
It just never made sense to me…
