Just listened to Saifedean Ammous’ The Bitcoin Standard podcast episode number 159 called “Fiat Food with the Meat Mafia” about eating a carnivore diet with zero greens. I’m trying to wrap my head around why eating zero greens/vegetables (organic spinach, broccoli, eggplant, etc.) is good. Can anyone speak on both sides of this? Saifedean spoke of the benefits, but are there any negative consequences that do or could arise from eating only a carnivorous diet?
