idk.. what feature does facebook and twitter have that a nostr app doesn't? There are plenty of apps and good one too for nostr. The reason people don't stick around nostr is not the app quality. The quality is arguably better ( no ads...) . It's the addictive, gamification of their apps that nostr apps don't have. Main stream social media is designed to be addictive. It's expected nostr apps will have less use. And they SHOULD. If by "better" you mean "more addictive" sure. I think the pace of development is just fine and there are a handful of nostr apps that shine much more brightly with quality comparted to traditional social media.

It's possible but not advised. Umbrel runs in a docker container and changing the config directly is not recommended. rn any app running on my umbrel I want public access to goes through an argo cloudflared tunnel. Any personal app, (cloud, photos, nodes etc) go through tailscale.
AI can't write a damn readme in a single codeblock to save it's fucking life. It ALWAYS breaks the codeblock up about halfway down, usually after some command. Gemeni, perplexity and gpt3.5 all failed at this. Multiple times. Even after being very explicit.
I've only set up certs a few times but only on my windows servers. I've never run a public Linux server. Always just used Argo tunnels for semi public stuff and tailscale. But I can't run BTC pay Server without a full secure connection from origin to cloudflared. I think I just need to stop the umbrel service before I can run certbot.
