The only nice thing about a stomach bug is you look pretty ripped after not eating or keeping what you ate for a few days, especially once you can eat and work out again. It's like an involuntary cut.

I do this, except I don't combine the cocoa and maple syrup ahead of time. I may have to try that next time.

I have found that cocoa powder DOES NOT like cold milk. At all. Gotta wait for the milk to be pretty warm before adding the cocoa powder. I think its oils make it hydrophobic when cold, but heated they glob onto the milk fat?
