30 days ago, I committed to reevaluating my relationship with food and changing the way I eat. I adopted an animal-based diet with the hopes that I would lose weight and experience improvements across other areas of my life. So I cut out the following:

🔸 Processed foods,

🔸 Added sugars

🔸 Grains

🔸 Seed oils

🔸 Vegetables

These are the immediate results of changing my diet on a low activity level:

✅ More energy

✅ Better mood

✅ Less hungry

✅ Dropped from 222 pounds to 212 pounds

My son Caelan presenting his first Lego build, The Badlands Minecraft.

He spent yesterday and today building this set with some help from the Lego Builder app. This is his first Lego build that he constructed mostly by himself.

Almost done. ⚒️🎋

Need to do some sanding and touch up some of the gold leaf and then I’ll hit the whole thing with shellac to protect it and add more shine.

I need to practice more with gold leaf. This turned out well but not nearly as even as I would have liked.

The Waygucci steaks were a hit at thanksgiving but the average American mind cannot comprehend the carnivore diet.

I was told I was going to die early, that fiber is essential and that I’m going to get scurvy. Told this by people who have eczema, pre diabetes, are obese, depressed and have many other health issues caused by their diet. True clown world antics.

we are not vc funded like primal, so purple helps us a lot as it keeps our only part-time employee employed, which is a big deal because a large percentage of our contributors get their grants denied. the main benefit right now is early access to cool new tech (like notedeck tomorrow), but we're going to be adding a lot more stuff soon. hopefully one day I can pay all of our contributors with purple, but the network is just too small atm.

gm! it was good. i miss 10 years ago when all of my aunts and uncles and my cousins would all come in. 30-40 family members partying for 2 days straight, eating and drinking, and laughing. we always had so much fun. most don't come in any longer because they're older and have their own families now or moved farther away. so, it was a small thanksgiving with just local family this year. it was good and i enjoyed the food and company, but it's just not the same. how about you?

We had a smaller Thanksgiving as well. Just me, my wife, my kids, and a friend. Our circle is small because it’s just us where we live. The rest of the family lives far away. It was a good day!
