Thanks for the support Ivan!
I am not exactly sure what happened with my Alby Hub but sometime within the last week, I lost the ability to send or receive sats. Alby Hub support instructed me to unlink my connected wallet and restart my Hub. After a few minutes, I unlocked my Hub with my password and linked my Alby account. Shortly after, everything started working again.
You can restart your Hub in settings. See the red arrow in the screenshot below.
Glad to hear it was a semi easy fix. β‘β‘β‘β‘
When your self-hosted Alby Hub stops working, the first thing you should do is reset your node and reenter your Alby credentials. That fixes most failures. Interestingly, this doesn't happen with nodes hosted on Alby Cloud, only self-hosted nodes (Start9, Umbrel, etc.)
Sounds pretty cluegy that's necessary...
I think it has something to do with the communication link between the node and Alby Hub. For whatever reason, the connection is temporarily interrupted, and Alby is unable to automatically recover. That's what I suspect after seeing this problem several times.
Did you get it working? Could you send some details to support@getalby.com so that we can look into it for you?
I am up and running. Thank you so much for reaching out! π

You def weren't the only one with problems this past week. I noticed that almost every unzappable error i received was from people set up on alby.
