As Android? I think. Because it runs Play Store. The largest collection of apps in the world. With option for direct APK sideloads. (F-Droid, Direct APK, etc). Way easier to build on too.

For reposts: there is no kind-6 reposts for long-form content, if you want to include reposts it should be kind-16 as the image below explains.
