Findings so far:

- C vitamin level, RDA at least, is quite easy to reach. 100g of Bell Pepper, and you are already over the RDA.

- A vitamin is easy with 108g of carrots

- Omega 3/6 needs seeds, as they are a good source. (Not all of them though. Consult with your App Dev to know ๐Ÿ˜‚)

Lets Go! ๐Ÿ”ฅโšก

Day 2 #GutHealthApp #devdiary

Nothing much today.

โœ… Hosted the service, and started to use it.

โœ… Fixed a nutrient calculation bug.

The things I feel already missing:

๐Ÿซ• Some fruits, seeds (super foods) and cold pressed seed oils I am eating that boost nutrient intake.

๐Ÿ—ฝPages for suggestions how to boost certain nutrients

๐Ÿง Antioxidant value seems too easy to reach, so I have to see if it is correct.

These seem the most useful as a next step.

Your partner must probably were to be happy to have you in that moment ๐Ÿ˜‚

Personal Power Vehicle

Why dont we call cars like this? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Which language is it translated from?

Money cannot buy happiness.

But it can buy you lawyers to protect the things you do while not caring about the consequences.

โšกECONOMIC NODES: THE HIDDEN POWER PLAYERS IN BITCOINโšก

Today I stumbled on a topic that not many are talking about: economic nodes in #Bitcoin.

Let me break down what Iโ€™ve learned ๐Ÿ‘‡

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thereโ€™s been some discussion lately around the term โ€œeconomic nodeโ€, but what does it really mean, and why does it matter?
In #Bitcoin, not all nodes have the same economic impact. While every node enforces the rules and validates blocks, an economic node also facilitates real-world economic activity: exchanges, major wallets, payment processors, or merchants accepting Bitcoin.
These nodes carry more practical influence because:
They set standards for which transactions and blocks they accept.
Their users depend on them, so their decisions shape adoption and usage.
They can resist consensus changes by rejecting invalid blocks.
โšก The Good:
Reflects real-world influence without altering the protocol.
Encourages responsible, engaged participation in the network.
Can help defend Bitcoin against harmful forks or rule changes.
โš ๏ธ The Risks:
Could lead to centralization of influence if too few players dominate.
Might shift community values toward economic power instead of node sovereignty.
Could be weaponized politically, undermining Bitcoinโ€™s decentralized ethos.
So, what is the point about all of this?
Economic nodes matter, but they should act as guardians, not rulers.
Every user still has the right (and power) to run a validating node.
True decentralization comes from many sovereign users, not just a few influential ones.
Any thoughts?
Unfortunately you cannot influence how economic node operators operate.
So I guess, the solution is to have more honest economic node operators, therefore they dont concentrate power.
But not sure, how could we spread them.
It is so interesting what can annoy you.
There are cases, that you cannot explain, but something is off, annoying, or weird on/about the other person.
These feelings are really important.
They can save you from shitty situations.
Check on lightning terminal. You will see their channels.
Also if you make a channel with a big player, and the big player sets a high fee on their side, you also have to set a higher fee otherwise liquidity wants to go to the least resistance.
Maybe I am wrong.
