There is no hope for Germany. For things to chance, people would have to wake up the fact that we're under almost total control of the Transatlanticists and their Israeli owners. There are countries in the EU just waiting to take Germany's place and call the shots from now on.

openweb-ui even ships a docker compose file that comes with ollama already. If you're on Nvidia/Apple Silicone it'll likely work ootb, with AMD/Intel you might have to do minor changes.
ollama + openweb-ui + tailscale and you're basically done. openweb-ui supports Internet searches but it's kinda meh. (I only tried Brave.) It also allows for further training based on local files.
Models and ollama don't phone home, nothing ever leaves your computer.
Ask LLM, immediately start a search, open some tabs, check them out, compare with LLM response, timeboxed debug until it either works or I try to reach out to a community via Matrix/Slack/forums/Reddit/etc
Difficult to censor, decentralized, all that. But more importantly: The people are friendly. They aren't constantly bitching about stupid stuff. They actually do something against the shitty circumstances we're caught in. No one to rat you out for having opinions.
