My 9yr old was asking me about bitcoin. In the conversation we compaired bitcoin to the dollar and the differences. She stopped me and asked what inflation was. I gave her this very simple example. There r $4 total in the world. You clean dads car and thats worth $2. This water bottle, you really want, is worth $2. So you clean dads car, but before you buy the water bottle the gov prints $4 more. The water bottle is still worth half the money in the world, which now is $4. You only have $2. I asked her, so what happened? She sat thinking for about 30sec. Then her eyes got huge and she jumped out of her seat at me and yelled "THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!" We'll get into the specifics later, but for now my 9yr old understands that Taxation and Inflation is theft. At the end of it she asked me "dad, but what is money?"

Finished the hyroponics today. Still needs some fine tunning. So far I'm pleased with it. The yellow lidded containers is a temporary setup. I have to put in a new patio at some point and will need to remove it, but not this summer. #grownostr #hydroponics #nostr #diy

Closing up my chicken coop and my daughter spotted this in the tree next to the coop. Its gone....for now.

Back in the day my friend had a monster. He had D&D pipes on it. It had this really low mechanical sounding thump from the V twin. Most awesome sounding bike I've ever heard. Such awesome machines.

Looking to switch employment to another agency. Did the physical test of sit-ups, push-ups, and 1.5 mile run. Everybody else testing is half my age. Smoked'em. I passed easily. 7 of us started and 2 failed by the end. Plus I'm not in the shape I need to be, cause I have not been working out. My 12 year old runs the mile faster than me by 60 sec. The banking system is setup to benifit the few. When a person borrows for a house/business/etc the bank views themselves as the owner of the house/business/etc and the borrower as their chossen manager. They are correct.

With bitcoin you are the sole owner. The owner gets all the benifits. Now the owner is working for their benift. Best part is anyone can be the owner.

No minerals. We have the regular filters with the fluoride filters, nothing else.

I worked for a friend at his burial vault company for 18 months. Waiting for services to arrive, at the older cemeteries I would walk around and look at the old head stones.
