Update on the #hydroponics. Still need to install the supply line. FYI this is a temporary setup. This will be part of the patio area when I get to it. If the patio was in place, and I was staying in this house, it would be more aesthetically pleasing. #grownostr

I dont know the soil temps. The soil is from my garden. No potting soil anything because I cant get anything to grow in it. Typically I have my tray outside and the sun dries the soil hard as a rock. Thats my biggest struggle. I tried a little green house tent a few years ago and nothing grew. 🤷‍♂️

Ughh... I'm no good at this. I may just throw seeds randomly on the ground and walk away. #grownostr

Hydroponics 2.0 #grownostr #hyrdoponics #gardening Last year the plants I grew over took the space I had. This year I'm moving half my setup to a new location and expanding it.

He didn't work with everyone else. He baited and insulted the parisees(religous leaders) all the time. Called most of them out for being such hypocrites. Not much has changed.

Add sodium and Calcium to your intake. When I first ran triathlons I would cramp badly each race. There are 2 levels of hydration, plasma (blood), and muscles. A person cramps because that specific muscle was not hydrated. Once I started supplimenting those 4 minerals the cramping stopped completely. The key is upping the intake a few weeks before a race. Muscles will only hydrate when there is enough water mixed with the 4 minerals in a persons system.

Last years setup. Looking to expand and change things this year. Adding 3 more rain barrels. Moving the yellow lidded containers to another location and adding 3 more. Decided to put in an herb garden under the grow pipes. #hydroponics #stillhaveagarden #gotchickens #[0]
