Ce sont plutôt les clients qui font cà. Un relais devrait lire le contenu, aller chercher la ressource pour identifier des trackers et en plus supprimer la note ou ne pas repondre aux requêtes.

Les traqueurs viennent depuis les liens de partages de vidéos et de tweet,

e print screen est celui du bloqueur de pubs de mon navigateur, iris ou autre client aurait le même problème.

La question est de savoir s'il y a moyen dans le protocole de mettre un filtre sur ces traqueurs pour se préserver du traçage publicitaire.

Et si ce n'est pas posible d'encourager des pratiques respectueuse de la confidentialité et basé sur le P2P, l'open-source ... les valeurs portées par ce types de projets

The protocol should no modify user content. it's unfair and a bad practice. Client app can obviously does but it's inconsistant and should be used sparingly.

One more thing. The Nostr way is dumb relay, smart client (app)
