if i were replacing what i have now, i would be getting the sennheiser momentum 4 over-ear headphones. they are noise canceling & bluetooth, but you can also connect losslessly with a wire!

i wonder what skid row is like now. back in the day you could at least drive through it midday during the work week, but i bet i would be way too dangerous to do now.

bulking up comes from constantly increasing (to the max) the weights you use. if you only want to tone up, use weights that give just enough resistance & increase when it gets way too easy…you’ll know from practice where you want to eventually stop increasing for your preferred look or whatever.
