Don't think so, unless the relay operator just wants it to run that way. Hashtags are still the easiest way I think. You can follow hashtags and that content will show up in your feed along with those you follow and whatever people post that are connected to your relays. At least I think so...

Grew up skiing in CO. Years of rugby, weights and firefighting in the military ground up my knees pretty bad as well. Tried snowboarding once and never looked back! So much better.
