You don't need more than 3 lifting sessions per week. This will be enough frequency to build muscle and strength. Follow the plan below.

Aim for 2 sets per exercise, 10 reps.

2) Eat 3 Meals Per Day

Keep it simple. Focus on 3 meals per day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Aim to eat in a smaller eating window. Eat protein with every meal.

Breakfast (11 am)

- 4 chicken sausages

- 4 eggs

- 1 slice of sourdough bread

- Coffee

Lunch (2 pm)

- 200g chicken breast

- 125g brown rice

- 1 fist full of veggies

- Sauce of your choice (under 50 calories)

Dinner (7 pm)

- 300g steak or 200g of smoked salmon

- 200g sweet potato

- 2 fists full of veggies

- Sauce of your choice (under 50 calories)

3) Cut Out Alcohol

Alcohol and fitness do not mix. Alcohol is poison to the body. Drinking alcohol will cause more stress, disrupt sleep, and hinder fat loss. Studies also show that consuming alcohol can severely impact your gym performance. You will be weaker and more tired when you are consuming alcohol. Take a break of 60 days without having one sip of booze. This will skyrocket your energy levels and make fat loss 10x easier.

4) Walk More

Aim to walk 8,000 steps per day on weekdays. Aim to get 10,000+ on the weekend. More steps will:

- Increase calorie burn

- Remove lactic acid

- Improve posture

- Reduce stress

5) Prioritize Sleep

Aim to sleep 7-8 hours per night. This will increase your energy, increase your testosterone, and reduce your cravings. The 3 main factors that impact sleep quality are:

- Heat

- Light

- Sound

Ensure your room is cold, dark, and quiet.

Thought of this yesterday and can’t get it out of my head. Maybe it’s been talked about before. But are notes the only thing that are truly permanent?

Say I write a book. Physical books can always be lost. The ebook can always be removed from the store. If I’m using social media - the company can just remove my whole account. And if not, who knows if we are still using the same social media platforms 200 years from now( we won’t be ). But notes cannot be deleted. 200 years from now you can still look up my npub and see everything I’ve ever posted. I can’t even delete it myself nor can anyone else.

Am I correct in thinking this? If so then that is revolutionary and mind-blowing.

Thought of bitcoin when I read this. I think we are all possessed by an idea that has changed our whole lives. Can’t speak for y’all but i am a completely different person after discovering bitcoin.

Sometimes depends on how open minded the person is. It never happens all in one shot, it’s a process. Sometimes just mentioning it is enough. If they hear it casually mentioned by different sources then they will be more interested.

Maybe you mention it to them, then two weeks later someone from work mentions it, then at the bull market they hear on the news how much the price went up. Maybe they’ll go back to you to learn more.

If your bringing it up out of nowhere it needs some context, like while talking about investments, or the government, or poor people. Also people want to be listened to and not be ranted to lol. Idk how your bringing it up, just giving some thoughts.

I’ve had some success but not too much. I’ve had about 4 family members start buying bitcoin but they still don’t understand it fully or make attempts to learn more. It’s definitely requires patience haha. Good luck
