Frustrating - because my wife and I love to share a glass (or two) of bourbon most nights...or occasionally a bottle of red wine.
We do so many "good" things in regard to time restricted eating, whole foods (I'm mostly meat/dairy/eggs/berries/honey) vs processed, great sleep and exercise, wonderful relationship.
But we like to have a drink to catch up on our day. I've mentioned that I've built our lifestyle and finances to live to 100...but I'd give up 5 years of that for the daily camaraderie we have that may include bourbon while watching the sun go down. I also think cancer comes along several attack vectors, so I definitely do not live in fear of it...but remain thoughtful on reducing risks.
