I need to spend more time using Amethyst. I've been using Primal as my daily driver since forever but it can be a bit buggy at times. Amethyst from the get-go can be a bit overwhelming with the sheer amount of info and such thrown at you. It's cool though, I guess I've just been a little intimidated to explore it and get a handle on it

In this particular case, do you think it has to do with our consumption of chicken vs other poultry? Chicken accounts for 13.9% of our animal protein consumption, while ducks and turkey are 0.2%. Logically we have significantly more direct contact with chickens than other birds.
