Ok true but it would be more fair to compare a picture of one guy eating a diet with a variety of food on it (veggies, meat, grains, eggs etc) vs the guy only eating protein and fat.

I'm a lawyer and get paid, primarily, based on the volume of work I handle. The more days I can sit and work 12-14 hrs a day the more I get paid. BUT when I'm in peak shape I can't sit for long periods of time. I want to get up and move around and workout more explore etc.

Not sure why but very few biglaw lawyers stack sats.

Agreed but it’s a public company, if something happens for the face of it people will sell

I haven't stepped into a gym or touched a barbell since early COVID - early 2020. My wife got a gym membership so I decided to join her and just tested and pulled a 345lb deadlift. This is pretty impressive for me, a pencil neck lawyer. How? I've been swinging kettlebells 2-3x a week for the last 5 years and I guess that really paid off. My bench press, however, is another matter...
