멀티시그, 타임락 등이 생각나고 어느 주소로 보낼지(화이트 리스트)를 처음부터 설정할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
개인이 복잡한 스크립트를 사용할 이유가 적어서 이렇게 쓰지 않는 것 뿐이고 여전히 비트코인의 스크립트가 레거시 금융을 이용하는 것보다 훨씬 더 안전한 것 같습니다.
지금도 스크립트 생성을 전적으로 월렛에 맡기는 것을 생각하면 충분히 가능하지 않을까 싶습니다.
가치 전송에 제 3자의 허락이 필요 없는 것이지 개인, 법인 상관 없이 스크립트를 작성 하고 서명하는 등 트랜잭션을 생성하는 그 과정에서는 어느정도 신뢰비용이 필요하다고 생각합니다.

키관리는 비트코인이 아니어도 지금도 해야할 것이기도 하고 횡령 관련 사건 사고가 생기는 것을 보면 비트코인이라고 특별히 더 문제가 될 것 같지 않습니다. 오히려 비트코인 스크립트로 더 다양하고 안전하게 금융 사고를 예방할 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다.
비트코인 프로토콜이 trustless trust인 것과 키관리, 트랜잭션 생성 등에 서드파티를 최소한으로 신뢰하는 것도 구분을 해야할 것 같습니다.

You can hold your own keys to open/close LN Channels. It is exactly #Bitcoin.
On the other hands, you can't hold your own keys for Peg-in/Peg-out.
