nostr:npub1tr4dstaptd2sp98h7hlysp8qle6mw7wmauhfkgz3rmxdd8ndprusnw2y5g, buying anything online anonymously is so incredibly difficult (and often time consuming). How do you do it? Just spent an hour trying to anonymously order something anonymously and ultimately failed.

Two things that would be useful on a nostr client.

1. Flag (Mark, note, identify) accounts that seem like they are imposters of people that you follow or of people that you follow follow.

2. Notifications when an account you follow changes their profile picture or name.

Tried running proxmox on an old PC, but ran into some virtualizing hardware issues and ended up just running Ubuntu instead, but now I'm having issues where my fulcrum server freezes up the CPU every few hours and it needs a reboot 😭 can't figure it the problem.

I've wondered about this. Thank you!

I've sto6 using fingerprint sign on trying to avoid buildings, but from a user experience perspective the fingerprint reader that was on the back of the phone was the absolute best.

It seems that the x.com model of paying influence for engagement does not incentivize value but simply engagement. A value for value model such as nostr only rewards those that actually provide value that people (not advertisers) are willing to pay for and not simply engagement.

You obviously think it's more likely than the counter party so you wouldn't take the bet. The final decision of likelihood is very subjective.

I know, but the odds (as accepted by the counter party) are that Adam is less likely to win so that balances out. The counter party is fairly sure that they will get their payout that is worth less and thinks there is a much smaller possibility they will have to ante up the more valuable winnings if Adam is right.

So while Adam stands to gain more if he wins the counter part believes that is a far less likely outcome and so is a reasonable bet.

Wondering why an email address and account is needed? Was hoping for something I could use (and sync) without creating an account. Though looking at the roadmap it looks like self hosted server is in the works.
