#LTC, #ETC, #XMR hashrates are trending upwards, BCH… not so much. I hold none of them but it’s clear which one is not doing good.

I suspect most mom and pop landlords will disappear just like family farms in the past. Too many unprofessional, unethical, uninformed landlords out there. On top of weak financial flexibility, lack of access to legal services, the rights are often not enforced. It is simply not efficient to run as a home business.

Tension between landlords and tenants are heating up globally. Sadly, compared to corporations, small home businesses are less likely to weather the storm.

If you take chance chance will always find you, just matter of time.

Guess why some media removed the word “study”? Support study is totally different than support it. A study could potentially drawn conclusions against it. So simply saying “support it” is to deceive audiences, thus half truth.

I don’t have faith in anything, judging anything without knowing details is bias. If you don’t trust government then you shouldn’t blindly trust the one simply tell you don’t. Don’t trust verify. That’s all.

The most expensive things are the ones you pay continuously regardless of what you receive. A lot of companies are eyeing to subscription based revenue streams whenever they can. If you believe value for value you should say no to subscriptions.

So many notes about Twitter, so many people care about Elon. What a shame 🤦‍♂️
