I suspect most mom and pop landlords will disappear just like family farms in the past. Too many unprofessional, unethical, uninformed landlords out there. On top of weak financial flexibility, lack of access to legal services, the rights are often not enforced. It is simply not efficient to run as a home business.
Tension between landlords and tenants are heating up globally. Sadly, compared to corporations, small home businesses are less likely to weather the storm.
If you take chance chance will always find you, just matter of time.
Guess why some media removed the word “study”? Support study is totally different than support it. A study could potentially drawn conclusions against it. So simply saying “support it” is to deceive audiences, thus half truth.
They are supporting the study doesn’t mean they are doing it already. From my short research:
