If running relay from home can get a dynamic DNS name like free ones from https://freedns.afraid.org/ might add nginx or whatever Star9 offers for reverse proxy. Expose the ports on home firewall/gateway. Might be sure to use allow list policy for npub users if want to keep relay locked down.
