But they are kind of expensive. There's some good teas at Trader Joe's if you have that option as well.

I tried it because my wife said I snore

I didn't need it for sleeping as I normally sleep well

She said I still snore so I stopped

The thing I didn't like about it was that I couldn't drink water in the middle of the night
