Not really into ranking. Just saying that Oslo is a good / healthy place to live if you like to use the 4 seasons. Half the city is a forest with alpine slopes in the winter. Sea side in the summer. Add on little time spent in traffic, clean air and good work life balance work culture. Many have also access to sea and mountain cabines in drive distance used frequently. Compared to other capital cities the accommodation prices are still manageable. What is your best place?

Depending on your skills and preference of course. But Oslo/Norway is a pretty healthy place if like winter sports. A lot of available nature, "hytte" available for many and good work life balance.

This is my default position as well. Distributed Identifier network https://identity.foundation/ion/ is using the bitcoin blockchain for security so we should be careful to decide use cases.
