For those who are feeling left out of #Nostrica and watching the livestream from home, just know that you’re probably not sweating as profusely as all the in-person attendees for 8 hours straight. 😅 Amazing first day, though!
My takeaway from this morning is that fiatjaf pronounces nostr as naw-stir. End of discussion.

Last night was kind of wild. Sitting at the beer garden with founders of multiple nostr projects (Iris, Toucan, Arc, Nostr Nests / Nostr Plebs). Everyone passing around nostr QR codes. A lot of “Can I add you on nostr?” and “I already follow you” going around. So cool!
I’m the Asian guy at the bottom. My recently purple-pilled pubkey-mined wife #[9] is standing on the left!
That was fun! It was fantastic meeting everyone in-person!
Also in this current and previous Damus TestFlight build, we have new languages translated thanks to our translators (and of course, kudos to our existing translators who continue to translate new strings and fix up existing strings)!

I like that it’s open source, the UX seems good, and works across multiple devices and platforms. I personally don’t worry because I have two-step login on Bitwarden set up with a physical YubiKey. Unless someone steals one of my devices and forces me to supply my fingerprint, or steals my master password and YubiKey, I’m not too worried.
