Ignoring them is what got us here. Your cynicism is thinly veiled apathy. And your anarchy mean that you don't have a team.

We are in fact at war, and that's a team sport. There is no space that you can innovate and separate yourself. There is no more land to retreat to.

At some point, you will have to fight or you pass that fight onto the next generation which is why they boil the frog slow and why younger generations don't really get how bad it's gotten because you don't really remember how good it once was. They are slow walking you into slavery. That's not hyperbolic either.
