Any country with surplus energy can copy from Bhutan's playbook, but I'm happy its nations like Bhutan, El Salvador, Paraguay, Ethiopia who are discovering this first because it's helping to address global wealth inequality one nation at a time.

Censorship will only get worse. With AI, the real risk isn't censorship but dilution—diluting one's opinion so much that it never attracts an audience.

AIs can agree, disagree, present real and fake data, and even laugh about your opinions to publicly discredit you. And, at the nation-state level, almost everything speech-wise is fair game.

There should be a name for when the market overvalues your company so much that you print new shares to buy bitcoin to justify that crazy paper valuation with real assets. Is that some type of shareholder valuation insurance? People have done this with land/gold/etc, but they never had a name for it. Isn't that how holding companies usually operate? Maybe it is just the same old "arbitrage". It's just too generic. AI doesn't seem to know a name.. so.. perhaps we need to choose one for these newer times.

the future of the internet is decentralized. we have the hardware infrastructure. we have the software stack. the last stage is getting people on-board with this mindset. thankfully, governments and large tech companies are doing the hard part for us.
