Maybe someone should build P2P bitcoin exchange on nostr. I think it's a perfect place for that.

What's preventing you from "purple pilling" your friends and family? What do Nostr clients need to do to make it easier for the masses to see why decentralization and censorship resistant communication is better?

Besides charging sats, what other anti-spam measures do people run/work on?

I no longer have any stablecoin.. therefore all this crisis didn’t affect me but I understand how it feels

In 2022 I made the worst mistake since I’m in Bitcoin.. that was to start exploring things outside so I allocated some funds that i had received that represented a sustancial money and started playing around with yields.As a Bitcoiner I knew the risks, I knew i was playing with fire but I thought I could control those risks and that I was going to be able to exit quickly but it was not the case

I lost 90% of that money, in a mix of Blockfi, and then terra and waves. All completely Degen trades that I have nothing left. The remaining 10% that I could rescue came back to bitcoin

So I learned the hard way I never explored all those things until I did it and I lost so now I’m clear

We came full circule since Satoshi created bitcoin.. most stuff evolved into things that are so much dependent from banks or from decisions made but some few individuals so we need to go back to the fundamentals

More bitcoiner than ever before

I still have Twitter via the Damus account for mostly PR and tech support, but its so hard to open these days. It feels a lot like watching CNN or something. First thing that was shown to me when I opened it up the other day was a video of two random people fighting ?? Twitter is the new TV.

Everytime I open nostr it feels like hanging out with a bunch of friends. Very different vibe. Hope that never changes.

It means number of pubkeys that I saw being authors of events of any kind. They might not have a 'profile' kind:0 event, or a contact list, but they've written at least 1 event.
